O'Rourke Incorporated was founded as an Environmental and Health & Safety consulting firm and has since grown into a full-service consulting and environmental contracting company. Since its inception in 1994, O'Rourke has specialized in meeting the environmental, health and safety needs of our clients. Mr. Timothy O’Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Toxicology from Clarkson University. In addition to this education, Mr. O’Rourke has taken many continuing education courses. Mr. O’Rourke is certified in the Comprehensive Practice of Industrial Hygiene by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. Mr. O’Rourke has over 31 years of diverse industrial and consulting experience in the development and management of environmental and industrial hygiene programs. Areas of key experience include project management, hazardous waste remediation, hazardous materials abatement, demolition, hazardous waste and construction safety, community air monitoring, employee training, OSHA compliance programs, employee exposure assessments and indoor air quality investigation.
Mr. Steven Tiffany has over 15 years of experience, specializing in asbestos, mold and indoor air quality. Steve is a NYSDOL licensed asbestos building inspector, project monitor, air sampling technician and mold assessor. He is also licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Steve manages all asbestos and mold services and has completed hundreds of projects for FEMA, NYS Parks, numerous school districts, universities, hospitals as well as commercial and industrial clients. Steve also routinely performs industrial hygiene surveys for chemical exposures and noise.
