The importance of employee health and safety is paramount and we believe that there can never be any compromise with the safety and health of our employees. O’Rourke believes that all accidents are preventable and we are committed to a behavioral based safety management system. This system encourages the honest reporting of all incidents and near misses, so that the cause of all incidents can be identified and procedures and / or training modified to prevent them from reoccurring in the future.
